1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed manually through WhatsApp after full payment is received. Once confirmed, a digital receipt and booking reference will be issued.
2. Payment Method
Currently, payments are made via direct bank deposit or mobile money (details shared via WhatsApp). Online payment integration is underway and will be available soon.
3. Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking: 100% refund (if travel date is 7 days or more away).
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
If ElyteTravels cancels the tour: Full refund or reschedule option offered.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed at no cost up to 72 hours before your tour date. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
5. Force Majeure
ElyteTravels shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or local restrictions).
6. Responsibility
ElyteTravels acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers. While we ensure all vendors meet safety and quality standards, ElyteTravels is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the course of any trip.

While our automated payment system is being finalized, all bookings are confirmed manually. Kindly make your payment only after receiving confirmation and bank/mobile money details from our official WhatsApp channel. A representative will guide you through every step.
